1.Phenor	⅛litre or 100ml
2.Texapon	100g or⅛kg
3.Pine oil	⅛litre or100ml
5.Water	5⅟2L or 100l
6.Concentrate	⅟2 milk cup
7.Izal booster	⅟2 milk cup
8.Carbolic	⅟4L or 1⅟2 milk cup
9.Whitener	200ml or ⅟4kg

                                                 

        PROCEDURE

        Get a dry bowl

1. Pour  phenor and texapon into the bowl and mix them very well

 2. Add pine oil and mix

3. Add lyxol and mix

4. Add water and mix

5. Add concentrate and mix

6. Add Izal booster and mix

7. Add carbolic and mix

8. Add whitener and mix

9. Then packaging

• Texapon....................4 Milk tin
• Pine oil......................8 Milk tin
• Phenol.......................8 Milk tin 
• Lysol.........................8 Milk tin 
• Izal sponsor... ...........8 Milk tin
• Carbolic Acid............8 Milk tin 
• Izal concentrate.........8 Milk tin
• Whitener....................4 Milk tin 
• Water.........................10 liters

After getting all the material at any chemical store near you in your market, The next thing is the mixing process involved in producing our Germicides

Mixing Process

1. Take the Texapon and pour it into a bowl
2. Then add pine oil and mix/stir very well
3.  Follow by phenol and mix very well
4.  Also Include lyzol and mix very well
5.  Add the booster and mix
6.  Then add around 10liters of water and mix 
7.  Then add some water to carbolic acid in a separate bowl to dilute it before you add it to the   mixture. 
8.  Then add izal concentrate and mix. 
9.  Then add some water to whitener to dilute. Then pour into the mixture and mix together.
10.  Add the remaining water and stir it properly

You can now package the product for use or sale.
